Return Policy – kormios
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items must be sent via a tracked service.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A restocking fee of 20% of the item value may be applied to all accepted returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For hygiene reasons, bracelets that have been worn or tried on are not eligible for return, regardless of the reason. By trying on the item, the return eligibility is void.
Expert Activation Service
The KORMIOS® Expert Activation is a specialist service performed physically by our team of experts prior to dispatch. Each bracelet undergoes an intensive magnetic activation process carried out individually by our specialists, requiring dedicated time, energy and resources. As this service is fully completed before shipment, it is strictly non-refundable once the order has been placed. By purchasing the Expert Activation, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued for this service under any circumstances.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to unworn items returned in their original unopened packaging. Items that have been worn, tried on or removed from their original packaging are not eligible under this guarantee.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
